The PBC 6000 is a pinch bag sealer that uses hot air to activate a pre-glued flap on multi-walled paper bags that is rolled over and pressed closed.
The PBC 6000 is used on semi-automated or fully automated bag closing lines to seal 8-110 lb. flat or gusseted paper bags. Able to handle bags 12”-20” long and up to 56” wide makes the PBC 6000 is perfect for human and pet foods, bakery mixes, dry chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, and similar products.

The Saxon Model SB-2000 is a medium duty, rotary, band sealer for 2-3 mill flat or gusseted bags & pouches made from polyethylene, polylaminates, co-extrusions & shrink films. Its high efficiency band-sealing module and enhanced cooling capabilities make it ideal for the food, medical, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
The dual heating sections and compression wheels produce seals up to 14 mm wide in a right to left operating direction at a rate up to 46 FPM. Easy to use controls such as variable speed drive and motorized sealing height allow changeovers to be made in just seconds. Its compact design makes the SB2000 easy to integrate in any semi or fully automated bagging line.
Available options include additional PID temperature controllers, bag top trimmers, bag top cleaner, air-purge cabinet, and embossing coder. Other models include medical validation, wash down and conveyor integration. Note: minimum of 3.5-inches of free top required.

The Saxon SH-1000 hot air sealer is a multi-purpose hot air bag sealer for light-duty 1-3 mils poly bags or pouches. The SH1000 creates seal widths from 6-9 mm and is available in right-to-left or left-to-right operating configurations. Hot air sealing eliminates the need for expensive sealing bands and is ideal for a wide variety of plastic bag applications (e.g. food, medical, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors).
The SH 1000 can be used as a free-standing unit, mounted on a column, or incorporated in a conveyor system. A variable-speed drive and motorized sealing-height adjustment allow quick product changeovers.

The Fischbein PILS-300 is a pinch inner-liner paper bag sealer for multi-wall paper bags. The PILS-300 is especially designed to close pinch-style bags that additionally incorporate a heat-sealable polyethylene or foil liner.
Bags are typically stepped-end, multi-wall paper bags with a pre-applied hot melt adhesive strip. The PILS-300 makes two separate and consecutive closures in a single pass. First, the PILS-300 seals the inside PE liner. Then it activates the bag’s pre-applied hot-melt adhesive strip and automatically folds over the top of the bag forming the perfect sift-proof bag closure.
The sift-proof closure makes this bag style perfect for use with certain food products, food additives, dry chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides and pet food products. The PILS-300 is capable of speeds as high as 75 fpm1 and is compatible with either semi or fully automated bagging systems.

The Saxon SH-2000 Hot Air Sealer is a multi-purpose hot air polyethylene (PE) bag sealer with a high efficiency heat transfer system that seals thick poly bags or pouches up to 10 mils. The SH 2000 has a 20 percent greater sealing capacity than the HS 1000. The SH2000 creates seal widths from 6 mm – 9 mm and is available in right-to-left or left-to-right operating configurations. The HAS 300 is a hot air sealer for polyethylene, pillow type and gusseted bags. It is mounted on a two-post frame that is height adjustable; allowing for various bag sizes and conveyor speeds. Controls for the heaters, air flow, and carry through belts are simple and easy to adjust; enabling the machine to seal various polyethylene bag sizes and thicknesses.
The HAS 300 produces strong, sift-proof closures on standard, flush-cut polymer bags intended for products such as fertilizers, minerals, feed additives, agricultural seed, pet food, cat litter, chemicals, powdered dairy products and bakery mixes.
Options include: Additional motor starter & contactor for conveyor, air wash system, bag top trimmer, embossing data coder.
