American Newlong NP-7A is a high speed, hand-held, portable bag closer that uses a single thread, 3” chain stitch to close paper, cotton, hessian/burlap/jute and PP/PE woven bags. Ideal for agricultural products such as feed, fertilizer, flour and chemicals, the NP7A has steel cams designed for continuous use and an automatic oiling system to lubricate moving components. An optional overhead suspended spring balancer is available.

The Fischbein F-Series bag closers are handheld, portable, industrial sewing machines ideal for small-volume (4-8 bags/min.) bag closing applications. Weighing only 11 lb., the handheld F-Series can easily sew multi-wall paper, polypropylene, burlap, and jute bags. Available F-Series portable bag closing models include vertical bag sewing, horizontal bag sewing, and tape bag sewing.

Fischbein Empress Model 100 is a plain sewing head typically mounter on a pedestal and used in conjunction with a conveyor to close open mouth paper, woven polypropylene and jute bags. The Model 100 is a single needle, standard speed, plain thread sewing head that produces a two thread, double locked, Federal type 401 stitch from 2 – 4 stiches/in at rates of 25-80 ft. /min. A wide variety of accessories are available including various mounting pedestals, power infeed systems, a full range of conveyors, bag-top folders, thread and tape-break detectors, bag coders, and photoelectric controls for system integration.

The Fischbein Model 400 Pro is a basic, pedestal mounted, plan sewing system for closing multi-wall paper, woven polypropylene and jute bags.
The Model 400Pro includes the fully enclosed, self-lubricating Fischbein Model 100 sewing head which is ideal for harsh environments. With sewing rates up to 55 ft./min, the Model 400-Pro is a medium to high volume bag closer. The Model 400 Pro has a pneumatic thread pusher which positions the thread into the scissor style knife.
With options such as: duel needle system, infeed system, rotary knife, bag tagger and fold-over bag feeds, the Model 400 Pro can be configured for virtually any application.

The Fischbein Empress Model 101 tape sewing head is typically mounted on a pedestal and used in conjunction with a conveyor to close multi-wall and laminated woven polypropylene bags with a crepe tape sewn closure.
With an adjustable operating speed from 35 to 55 linear fpm, the Model 101 creates a two thread, double lock stitch adjustable from 2 to 3.5 stiches/inch (factory set at 2.5 stitches/inch). An optional, easy-open one thread stitch feature is available. The Model 101 has a pressurized, self-lubricating system protects moving parts and ensures maximum productivity with low maintenance.

The Fischbein Model 400 TNS is a pedestal mounted tape sewing system designed to close flat or gusseted multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene bags. PLC control package and pneumatic trim collection system enables the 400 TNS to operate in semi or fully automated bagging line. The 400TNS incorporates the Fischbein Empress Series 101 sewing head with its proven self-lubricating design and operates at speeds up to 55 linear feet/minute. The 400T-NS has an adjustable height pedestal with casters, an automated infeed system, pneumatic thread/tape cutter, PLC controlled actuators and a corrosion resistant epoxy painted finish. Optional features include tape contact coder, extended infeed system and the TRS-100 pneumatic trim collection system.

The Model 500T HPS fully synchronous, variable speed drive system easily closes open mouth, flat or gusseted multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene bags at speeds up to 75 feet/minute.
Automatic synchronization of the Empress model 201 sewing head, with the bag infeed and the bag transport conveyor creates the perfect sew crepe tape closure.
